HANDS-ON
The first option (recommended) is for those who would like a more hands-on approach, and to learn through the process. We prepare all the steps and accompany you through all the stages of the process.
Your presence is required for certain steps.

OPTION 2
HANDS-OFF
The second option is for those who would like a more hands-off approach, who want to cut their presence to the minimum. In such a case, we would need a power of attorney to do the necessary steps on your behalf.
However, your presence may still be required at certain instances (at the bank for example).

FAQs
How much does the Package Company creation + Residency + Work Permit + Maintenance cost ?
Contact us to get an offer. Normally, Company creation + Residency + Work Permit fees are paid in two installments. Minimum maintenance fees (accounting + taxes) are paid monthly after everything is completed and you get your residency (you can also pay them a few times per year with a small interest rate for the outstanding taxes).
Do I have to have a certain turnover in my company to renew my residency ?
No. The only important thing for the residency renewal is to have an active registration with the business registry and to be up to date with your taxes. Your turnover can be zero (i.e. your business can hibernate).
How long does the process last until I get my residency permit ?
It depends, but generally we should be able to submit the application within a few weeks. Once the application is submitted, you get the confirmation which acts as a residency permit until you get the final decision. Then, you’ll get an appointment to get the sticker in your passport.
Is it complicated to maintain a company ?
No. Our collaborator (accountant) will send you monthly taxes (normally, it’s less than 100€ per month, you will need to pay them through your business account. You can choose to do this a few times per year, in such a case there will be a small interest rate for the due taxes. Overall, maintaining the company will require very little time on your behalf (as little as a few minutes per month).
How important is it to choose the right bank ?
Very much. We choose the banks that are most open to collaborating with foreigners. This is especially true when it comes to the business account, which requires a thorough preparation of the file. Otherwise, we risk rejection. US citizens often encounter longer processing time (due to IRS reporting regulations). Here as well, the right choice of the bank is the key.
What languages do you speak ?
We can accompany you in English, French, Serbian and Russian (with the help of an AI translator). Also, we can accommodate you in other languages as well (with the help of an AI translator).
How much time will I have to dedicate to all these steps ?
As we mentioned before, we offer two options. If you choose a hands-on, more active approach, then you should expect no fewer than 5 appointments, which are usually brief (required for signing the documents). In case you opt for a less involved, hands-off approach, by giving us a power of attorney, expect no fewer then 2 relatively brief appointments.
What about the company’s maintenance ?
Our rate is at least 50% cheaper than the average on the market. Besides, our collaborator (accountant) is very reliable and professional. Everything is taken care of so you don’t have to worry.
What if I want to start developing my business ?
If your plan is not just to get a residency permit but to develop your business as well, reach a certain turnover and realize business plans, we will be thrilled to accompany you on your journey.
